Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original designer box and velvet pouch, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and tags are included.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to an authorized carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days of receipt.
